My first attempt all has pretty low matches:

Richard Stallman (59%)
Mark Owen (58%)
Ethan Hawke (55%)
Leslie Nielsen (53%)

I'll see if I can get anything good with any other photos...

A summary from what a few other photos have given me:

64% for Bam Margera
68% for Elvis Presley
66% for Robbie Coltraine
73% for David Beckam
60% for Sean William Scott
55% for Tom Cruise

I'm really struggling to see a link with any of these!
