Brigit,
Thanks for posting that.
I will pass on the details to my friend when I see her this weekend.

Thanks Brigit too :D
My teenage son has it bad however he can't be relied on to have a regular routine of applying any cream - too busy

On another point this old dog has learned a new dieting trick  going to bed early! seriously not just due to the fact if your sleeping your not eating but more to do with the link of tiredness blood sugar levels and cravings. I would sit and have carbs and chocolate when I'm tired instead of going to bed. Changed woman - I hope ::):

I have just been catching up on a few episodes of 'Superscrimpers' which I had recorded.
One money saving tip for ladies was a woman who reckoned she had found the solution to having
the elastic go in your undies and having to buy new ones all the time.
She proudly stated that she bought boys pants for 13-14 year olds and they lasted for years.

Whatever floats your boat and all that but somehow I don't think so. 8O  ::):

I believe they are tension sprung, though one of sand & two of cement would prolly do the job just as well.

I see that a new shop has opened up in my local shopping centre.
One of those places that has the fish tanks with Garra Rufa who are supposed to love the dead skin on
your feet. Not sure if I could cope with it though as my feet are tickly.
My friend at work went to one elsewhere and said if she hadn't had her sister to distract her
she would have leapt out the tank.

I thought I was doing well the time I went to chiropodist.
She had me sitting in a chair that massaged you to the point you couldn't sit still and that combined with the swirly
water round my feet was too much excitement.
She turned off the switch on the chair and then I was able to relax.

Anyone else tried the fish treatment?

I'll tell you, the number of places that are offerig that nibbly-fish thing, when it goes out of fashion there's either going to be a major epidemic of nibbly-fish in the Clyde or the price of "scampi" is fair going to collapse.

I'd like to smuggle some piranha into one of those tanks for a laugh.

Did one of the 'Bond' villains not die in a pool of Piranha fish?
Have to check if my son still has his dvd collection of 007 films.
