Your favourite television advert

I generally can't stand adverts, but some well
produced ones I still like. The old Guinness ads
with Rutger Hauer and my favourite with
Estella Warren and the pack of wolves for
Chanel No.5

That second part of that clip might appeal to the
Nicole Kidman fans ;)

The PG Tips adverts with the chimps,

Son: Dad, do you know the piano's on my foot?
Father: You hum it son and I'll play it.

I hate 99.99% of ads. The only recent ads that have amused me, are the Kit-Kat one with the linesman not paying attention, and the Daz ad with the gay mechanic.

sorry to be a grumpy bastard. I havent really got a fav advert but I do have an advert I absolutly fuckin hate. Its that wee pauncy lookin bitch, dancing around a tv studio with one measly wee microbiotic spot on her super smooth skin trying to sell acne cream. Who the fuck are they kidding on. If they had walked round the streets of Glasgow Im sure they could have found some spotty face guit to sell there product.
Moan over just off the night shift. will be sleeping all day now. :x
Thank you. And why not.

I missed that, but I really like the 'unreachable dream' advert anyway. It's really distinctive.

I also like the world cup one (adidas?) where the kids pick teams, and one gets called in for his tea!

The Becks one with the wee dancing men using various methods of animation quite entertains me, as does the Miller one with the bloke popping down to the shops on his bike.

The one I absolutely hate, though, is the Frosties one with the "They're gonna taste great" kid. Grrrrr! Scott Mills has also been lambasting this on Radio 1 constantly too... How great will they taste if I knock your fucking teeth out, kid!?!

I know what you mean gap74, it's one of the most
obnoxious offerings around. That kid will probably
need councilling when he grows up
