One of the greatest adverts ever; albeit I had forgotten all about it. Catchy music; snappy images showing increasingly expensive equipment and crashes - a perfect combination for a kid. Thirty odd years on and this still makes me want the set shown. Taking interest into consideration the sets would cost between £163 and £457 so maybe I'll wait until I win the Lottery jackpot.

I've never been able to find my favourite advert online.

Eighties sometime, black and white. A field of holes, through which a dinosaur would randomly poke a head every now and then, for ten seconds or so. And then a voice-over. "Hungry? Cup Noodles!!"

And that was it.

An advert that I would love to see; yet seems to produce one mention in a Google search, is the Skol Lager advert from the eighties which features a song with the lyrics:

I'm a Skoller and he's a Skoller we're Sholler's through and through
When you know your drink and now your brew you can be a Skoller too
A Skoller through and through

Brilliant! Thanks, Bridie.

I think the one I'm thinking of is the antelope one that appears at the end of that one.

Just spent a very happy few minutes watching those adverts. Great stuff.

That url address doesn't look like the proper youtube one.
A youtube address for posting should look something like this;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYUz8yyh64I

And when you post it- it goes ...

Anyone seen Nissin Cup Noodles in a shop recently. My preference in noodles.
"I before E, except after C" works in most cases but there are exceptions.

Does anyone remember a Spear and Jackson garden tool advert. The theme was an animated one, the garden tools come to life when all humans are sleeping and have rock and roll dance party in the garden shed.

One of the best cartoon animations ive ever seen, cant seem to find it online. :D

This was the tune garden tools were hopping and bopping to.
