Hey folks. Anyone else going? I'll just be there for the Saturday, getting picked up at Royal Exchange Square at 11am. There's between 12-16 of us hired a mini bus, and just gonna travel back tonight.

If you'r there and see me, don't hesitate to give me a shout. There'll be a plastic cup of Tennents Lager in it for yah.

Worked on the gates at the campsite a good few years back. We had to confiscate any booze that was in glass containers which didn't go down well with the punters. Best part was smuggling the confiscated booze through the campsite in the dead of night to the staff campsite where we drank it all.

Just got back from it, and had a great time. Definite stand-outs were New Order and the Prodigy.

I had an excellent time, and only wish I'd went for the full weekender bender now. Pictures to follow......

These are just a few photos of my day out at T in the Park 2005. Great weather, great music and great freinds.

I must admit, I wasnt overly impressed by t in the park. It was my first and most likely last one i'll go to.

Didnt manage toget any sleep between arriving friday and leaving sunday cos drunk neds kept falling on my tent or vomiting at my door.

Much of the time the crowd were arrogant, selfish and totally unaware of gig etiquette.

Tho i did find the lovliest veggie hotdog on the planet.

Music was ok tho i didnt get to see kaiser chiefs play cos i couldnt get anywhere near without hearing the suckass band qotsa who were bloody awful.

pitting the prodigy against greenday was murder for me. Ive always wanted to see the prodigy but green day are one of my all time favourite bands and one of the best live acts anyone will ever see.

I did get to see the end of the new order set which was cool.

I'm going to have dave grohl as my third husband (after RF of MH and MP of FNM)

And if i ever hear another ned blow a pot noodle horn im gonna stick it up his arse sideyways.

It was an experience tho that had to be done i guess.

Past and Present

I went last year just for Pixies, bought weekend tickets but bf and I ended up going on sat for an hour then we just went back home, next day we went in time for a quick wander before Pixies and then went home straight after.

I was too pissed off with other people, like when I was waiting for Pixies to come on, this girl elbowed her way in front of me and started talking excitedly about how she didn't have a clue who Pixies were but was waiting for whoever was on next.

Luckily, Pixies are playing their own gig in Edinburgh this year with Idlewild and Teenage Fanclub :D

Remember them from last year. Debaser was fantastic.
