i agree but as good as it was i was let down by the fact that word for word all the between song banter was the exact same as i had witnessed in Manchester two nights previous.Now i know it was being filmed for future release but surely nowadays they could have at least ad libbed some of it? bah humbug,still i did have the pleasure of attending the aftershow party in Manchester and meeting the band,old Howard was about as comfortable at this as a ned is awaiting the DNA results on the Jeremy Kyle show
it must have been a contractual thing i suppose? he stayed for about 20 minutes and slipped away into the night,then again he did have a lot of lookalikees to compete with it was like the middle age crisis club
Last time i saw Magazine up here Simple Minds supported them good god what happened? why did things turn out the way they did? funny old world indeed...................
