Black pudding v square sliced

Postby The Egg Man » Thu Sep 05, 2013 6:21 pm

Does anyone know why black pudding comes in a plasticky wrap whilst square sliced doesn't get one?

Black pudding is made from pigs blood with oats n spices etc, so it's poured into the plastic to set. square sausage is minced meat, fat & spices.

Why should round sliced sausage be any more inherently vile than square sliced sausage? They're both made from the same stuff - often by the same company.
