Oh, I'd assumed that it was just Creeping Spleen's turn to collect the grandspleens.
They boil them for 20 of their Earth minutes

Oi! I beg your pardon! I'm not that old!
Another sunrise with my sad captains, with who I choose to lose my mind,

You phone a shop to see if something you left in is ready to collect.
When you come off the phone you wonder why girl you spoke to didn't have a clue what you were on about.
At that point you realise you rang the wrong store.

I have had at least two elderly relatives who would cough and fart going up the stairs.
It took a lot of effort on my part not to laugh out loud.

What was the wee sketch The Two Ronnie's did?

Well of that lot, I can only testify to #6, so guess I feel (slightly) better for that!

The model train layout at Christmas in Wylie Hills. Or going downstairs at Lewis's on Saturday to spend your money on the latest 45rpm record. Or disc. But I also recall buying 78s in Lewis's

... you wash out chinese takeaway containers to store your nuts and bolts. I bought 150 new from a catering supplies shop about a year ago and they're useless. Not meant for more that one or two openings before the lids crack. At least with a takeaway I get some value first.
