I'll give you that ::): it's the Pearce Lodge and it was used, briefly, as the Men's Union.

One of them is Maryhill near the Stockwell disaster site..... that's the famous 'tree' that grew out of the chimney...

The banner is on or near the site of the tree in the chimney, Hopehill Rd at Maryhill Rd. The construction is the rear of the former Odeon cinema.
