Update time, I was down at Ed's on Sunday to get a bit more done.
As it was a nice day, we pushed it out into the sun to get work done;
There was a specific job needing done. When I was dismantling the car way back at the start to do the nearside sill I had the problem of what to do with the wiring loom that runs along the inside on the floor.
I could either try and feed the wires through a very tight space in the rear 1/4 panel or make a clean cut straight through and worry about it later.
On Sunday "later" finally arrived and it had to be dealt with. This is why I employed the skill of none other than my Dad.
He builds model locomotives and is a dab hand with a soldering iron so I set him to work soldering the 10 wires back together. I knew he would have the attention to detail to do it right as this was the last project he finished for himself;
I wasnt wrong, the finished job looks like it came from the factory;
While he was working I stripped down the near side door;
Johnny the painter has been prepping wings;
And to finish off the day, Ed and myself got the windows in the shell;
