Youngest child came for dinner tonight with his girlfriend , so all systems go. Hummus with freshly-made fougasse, courgette and mint fritters then Moroccan lemon chicken with cous-cous - lots of plonk.
Had breakfast at Cup/Gin Bar in Renfield St. this morning and won't need to eat again, ever. Muesli, three sliders - bacon, sausage, poached egg - two pastries and a scone with butter and jam. Huge pot of proper tea.
