Shut up the lot of you .. bloody fish and salad .. again.

I need a week of bulimia so I can eat what I want for a bit.

Or a week of dysentery after said bit.

Either will do just as long as I get to demolish a fish supper or two.

Stuck in the house because of the weather. Thank goodness for Fray Bentos' kate and sidney, Aunty Bessie's mash and tinned marrowfat peas.

Cheese, onion & tomato omelettes, with sauteed mushrooms on the side and "Southern Home Fries" to finish it all off.

Scrumptious!! :D

I've been eating loads of the blighters recently ... fill a gap, absorb surrounding flavours nicely when cooking and zero calories or fat.

That's pretty much the bottom line with my food choices these days.

More's the pity.

How about a nice chickpea & cauliflower curry with brown rice, mmmmm! Can't be too much fat in that surely... although I'd warn the dog not to sleep under the bed later

My cat is being headhunted by Porton Down as she has developed an immunity to all levels of gas attack through my 'two years of raw vegetables' phase.

She doesn't half draw me a dirty look sometimes though.

My OH discovered that a noisy fart always made the dog jump out of her skin. Evil but very funny. I think it was her self-preservation instinct. On the other hand any time we'd let her sleep under the bed she'd wreak smelly revenge. I miss her!
