Don't feel hard done by, I wanted an almighty electric display, small rumble of thunder, 20 minutes of intense rain, power off for 2 hours, wean nipping my nut, it's 24'C in the house and the good lady is complaining the house is cold. She didn't just arrive back from the Seychelles and she is fully Scottish so 24'C should not be described as 'cold'

I think it's likely to be a hormone thing. Not had any overheating for the last three years, but yesterday I was melting. I've been off hormones for a month so it figures.

Too damn hot here today. 28º apparently, but it felt warmer. Not a peep from all the rain we were promised either. I've had to scurry indoors and administer lager as a matter of urgency.
