D'you ever see those westerns where it's the old timer's turn for a good soak in the communal wash barrel and he plunges in combinations and all? That'd be me (except I'm quite young). Combinations! Combined vest and long johns. Cannot be beat especially with the weather like it is. Get them on in November and take them off in April once it's safe to do so and divil tak' the hindmost I say.

Not so much sturdy, but i've heard they actually sweat E45 cream up there.
