The Sheridan Smith drama where she plays a mother whose son is accused of assault on a family holiday in Turkey.

'No Return' is filmed in Spain but story set in Turkey.

Recently I have been watching 'DI Ray' about a policewoman and the problems she faces both inside and out of her workplace.
I was a little disappointed in the ending but I won't go into details in case others are planning to watch it.

Dot - get AppleTV and watch Slow Horses

Banjo. Just caught up with Legit, it was brilliant.

Unless I have dreamt this I saw a Welsh programme called High Hopes on TV a couple of years ago, a aged lice at home with mother loser, he sees himself as a crazy Kettering bal mastermind and a bit of a Fagn, if you can give it a wee shufty! It is outrageously laugh it funny!

Henrysix,

Thanks for that. I looked that up earlier and it looks just the sort of thing I'd like.

Yes banjo I do think it is a good story line with an interesting cast.
I have always liked Alun Armstrong since I started watching 'New Tricks'.

I’m up to date with Sherwood, it’s ok but the arrow scenes trouble me, too graphic, favourite programme this year is Slow Horses on Apple TV, if you have read Nick Herrons novels the graphic representation of the dirty, rude, belligerent, uncaring, insulting but BRILLIANT Jackson Lamb is totally brought to life by Gary Oldman!

Henrysix,

You are right about some of the scenes being too graphic.

The scene with a newly wed was something of a shock though no arrows in that part.

I was thinking of watching a new drama with James Nesbitt.
I think the critics don't like it so perhaps I need to see it for myself.
Watched him in 'Bloodlands' but was disappointed by the ending and preferred him in 'Lucky Man'
