I had a go using one of the websites hosting yon weird Google 'Deep Dream' software - upload your image, wait a week or so, then (having bookmarked your image's page) revisit it. Here's the one I used:
http://psychic-vr-lab.com/deepdream/(Be aware: it shows a gallery of images, anybody can upload photos, so this being the internet some of them are a bit porny. Probably not a good website for viewing at work.)
I fed it this (being an art thing in the woods somewhere, natch):
