Pork and Pepper Loaf

Postby My Kitten » Sun Dec 02, 2007 1:06 pm

I have searched high and low for this, used to be able to get it in Berts in Cessnock and Celinos in Alexandra Parade, but alas no longer. The only places I have seen it in the past year are Helsinki and Bucharest!

Can anyone help?

I'm due to make the 80mile round trip so I'll check if you like and post back if he stocks it/can get it.

I have Romanian who work for me?

Shall I just ask for P&P Loaf or offer the option of new penpal, :D

I bring in marble/granite so sticking a 'loaf' in ma wagon might not be too hard

That should have been plural so you may have got yourself in danger

Nice guys all hard workers I'll ask them tomorrow.

Was tempted to post their site. I don't understand Polish just yet hence my reluctance to post

Enjoy

I was in Asda Clydebank last week (07/01/12) and they had what looked like the pork and pepper loaf in one of those vacuum selection packs with 3 different types of meats so I bought it unfortunately it doesn't taste the way it used to be and the slices are smaller.

If memory serves correcty it used to be square sliced this was round so not sure if it's the same stuff, if I buy it again i'll post a photo, anyone else know where you can get good old fashioned pork and pepper loaf?
