free parties

Postby kingsolomon » Tue Feb 23, 2010 9:57 am

spring is on it's way which usually means that the season of free parties is not so far away.

anybody know of anything happening? i've been away from glasgow since about 2003 but have fond memories of the unit and the kelvinhall warehouse before it got too wanky.

I've been thinking about trying to arrange something. Not some sort of squat party but something a little more above board and strictly personal invite only. My main issue is sorting out the space and finding anyone willing to rent some sort of unit or industrial space for one night. If anyone has any experience of this or generally of putting on free parties then please get in touch, by pm if you'd rather not talk about it for anyone to read.

It's what the Daily Mail may refer to as an "illegal rave".
