Depends on the size of the pizza and what you have on it... most are about £7 or £8 for a 12 inch I think, 10 inch ones are cheaper.

I do like their pizzas tho, and the staff are very good to me!

If take-away qualifies in this thread then i'd recommend Pizza Magic on Hyndland Road. Excellent fresh pizzas at very reasonable prices.

Between me and you, they normally do 2 for the price of 1 on a Monday night (which is eh, normally the night i find myself wanting one). Very tasty indeed.

The 10 inch pizzas are £4.30 for cheese & tomato, with extra meat 40p and
extra veg 30p. I think. :D

It's been a while since I've been but the amount of grease on the Pizza Hut pizzas is just awful! 8O If you pick up a slice and tilt it it actually begins to drip. :?

Bacchus are doing 2-4-1 pizza's from 7pm-10pm 7 days a week. Tried them last night and they were really good.
No bad value, and plenty of different toppings.

Had a great pizza in Stube Shawlands - the base was just the right side of too crispy! Thanks for the tip Ms K.

Di Maggios haven't even smelt Italian food, anytime I've been forced to go I have always been disapointed. They are overated to the max.

If you want to try pizza as close to Pizza that you would get in Italy, go to Paperino's in sauchiehall st, or the Big Blue at Kelvin Bridge. Apparently the italian kitchen in the merchant city is good as well........

Macsorleys are doing good Pizza's also 2 4 1 offer. They can be good, but sometimes the bases are too stodgy, ask for a thin base and they make sure.......

La Vitas in Queen Street. 8)

Pizzas are excellent but it does get very cramped in there and the seating arrangements arent that great.Lots of tables next to the stairs etc and you get waiters brushing past you which is a pet hate of mine.

...and while Im in mid rant, why ?? oh why do they insist in putting pepper into something that looks like it should be holding a bannister handrail up?Every Italian place has got one for some reason.
Why dont they bring round the mozzarella in a bath tub while theyre at it?? :D
