Well, Mono has become a favourite haunt of mine for a variety of purposes. So I think the developer has an excellent track record with which to be going into something like this particular building.

Mono, as a boozer is total keech.
It's got thew greatest ever record shop in it though, if it wasny for that I'd happily watch it burn.

Mono... if it's the place I'm thinking of, they had a sign on one of the beer pumps saying "Fosters is not Vegan"

Considering what might be in Fosters put me right off my drink!
