Great shots of Princess docks. :) Local hero.

Lots of infilling has gone on over the years on at the princess and Queens docks. :)

I'll tell you what though, I couldn't have got that 2nd shot more spot on. The weather appears virtually identical and most spookily of all, the shadows are almost identical. Check the shadow half way down the red multi and the shadows cast by the wee chimney stacks.

As far as I can remember the Buchanan Galleries complex was completed in 1999.

I first visited Queen Street in 1986 (to do the 12:20 Oban for Alycidons benefit).......and would have been there regularly until 1991. from then until 2003 I very rarely passed through Queen Street. I 'felt' there was something different, but didnt know what, and never bothered to compare photographs.

How dark and gloomy is it now compared to what is used to be?!
