The pylons were removed / relocated as part of the construction works of the new stadium - as for the tram I dunno, maybe GlasgowKen could help out on that front

These are great photographs but one thing that seams to stand out in the before/after is that "The Car now rules in Glasgow"?

I walked past that chemists the other day and caught a glimpse of the beautiful ceiling the have hidden above a horrible false one. They seemed to be doing some work up there so it may have been covered up by now but well worth a glance if you're passing just in case (the non-Byres Rd side on the corner - I really should know the name of the street since I live in the next one along, but it escapes me at present)
