Just in case you're having sleepless nights!

"The RS115 Demountable Street Furniture Retention Socket securely retains, in position, bollards, signposts and other forms of street furniture using 114mm diameter posts. All posts are secured in the socket by two stainless steel setscrews, located in a recessed chamber protected by a ductile iron-locking lid.

When installed, the RS115 is flush with the ground. Each socket is supplied with a pedestrian plug allowing civil works to be completed prior to installation of the street furniture.

The RS115 eliminates the need for costly and disruptive excavations after knockdowns, allowing posts to be removed, and replaced in minutes simply with a key and spanner."

Ha nice one! I thought it was going to stop that digger dead proving how strong it was! Although I think they need a small design mod to remove the stump more easily, I can just see "incorrect use of screwdriver as a lever" on the accident report.
