Thats right, you mentioned those in one of the tunnel threads. Iv been meaning to take a fotae but couldnt be bothered with the walk... if it is a substation its the fanciest iv ever seen!

Looking at it now it does look pretty big for a substation, but the massive transformers (Optimus Prime :wink:)were on the back of wagons in Washington Street for a few days (doon where the burger van is noo) before they installed them. They were each the size of the two "wings" on this building. I suppose they've got to power this new Financial District from somewhere, but I'd rather this had a more sinster function.
