Hi,
Anyone who is buying a house can & should get a Mining Survey done thru' their Solicitor or help assistance from the Eastate Agents. To costly nowadays not to do so. Old Pits/Coal mines are deteriorating faster now. Also the NCB Scotland/UK Still retain all Plans of all Coal Mines in Scotland/UK. So all the info is there for all if you care to enquire.

I bought a Book/Magazine from W.H. Smith's recently on the last deep coal mines Called " The Rise & Fall of King Coal". This book opened my eyes to the British & Eoropean Union. You will get some info. about the NCB., in it.
