Instead of seeing the scenery of Loch Lomond, people were instead lured to Jenners and other Edinburgh high street shops, to spend money. 
Why is it, by the way, that all these projects have the same slogan and description. SHOP, EAT, PLAY, or WORK, LIVE, PLAY. Play.... its just yuppies playing with their money.
