Re: tunnels

My father works for BT and sometime ago he took me down into part of the tunnels at dial house at the end of bothwell street. Your right in saying that you can drive a land rover or van along them. For security I wasnt allowed to walk too far and couldnt get pics, i did notice quite a few junctions ...

Its either dels, polo or bennets. For me I haad alot of hassle growing up in glasgow and when I moved to Dumfries things g...

Re: tunnels

This maybe should just be a wee message to everyone who goes tunnel or any exploring in out of the way places, just to take extra care. When I think back of the times Ive went into tunnels on my own and nobody knew I was there. Think extra care should be taken. Think my heavy duty torch could do som...

Re: GREEN GLASGOW

I think they make a little profit on the metals side of it, is it just that they are wanting to be green or want the big savings on landfill tax? Was there not something on the news a short time ago about the landfills being full. Always wondered what will happen, do they try recycle more or inciner...

Re: GREEN GLASGOW

Just wanted to bring up the subject of the blue recycling bins. We just got ours a few months back, I think its a great idea and everybody should be doing their bit. Just the council hardly ever seem to empty them and also the problem with them being out in the open lets them fill up with water. I w...
