Re: Dodgy Pubs!!

Jarvies (previously the Forum) on Kelso Street, Yoker suffered a fire early yesterday (Tuesday) morning. Road was closed off for a while yesterday, police still in attendance this morning when I left for work. Despite living in the area for most of my life, it's not a pub that I've ever ventured into.

First decals starting to disappear from the trains prior to Abellio arriving https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5605/15209090534_a3c5bb1a8b.jpg Could be prepping the unit prior to being relivered in the Transport Scotland Saltire livery - very few units remains with the First Group colour scheme.

Re: Leaning tower of Glasgow

As an aside I read somewhere that it was purely an urban myth that the lean was caused by the excavation when they dug the big trench through Charing X to build the motorway, in that it actually had started to lean years/decades before....not sure if there is any truth in this or not?? According to...

Re: Glasgow or is it Glazgow... what is it to you?

Been working in Edinburgh the past 3 months and I'm told I live in Glasgae and that I'm a Weegie c**t (which I'm assured is a term of endearment)

Oh and Polmadie is pronounced Polmaddy apparently .
