You can just just make out the little circles on the Orange bus where the fog lights used to be. I remember when I was about 6 or 7 going up to school you would see the yellow glow comming out the fog. As you said they are not a legal requirement and money has to be saved. Thats an idea John, Ill make some calls tomorrow when at work and get some prices, can you picture like 20-30 drunk HG's all wearing the same trying to get off and on subway trains, the CCTV folks will get a good laugh.
