used to enjoy taking a stroll along argyle street to Bell street and the famous D&F Models, used to be nice with the bookshops and when you got further along that lovely smell from all the leathergoods shops, used to be about a dozen of those shops with rack after rack of leather coats and jackets

the 334's wont accellerate on anything apart from a dry rail, all they do is wheelspin. realistically scotrail should keep a small fleet of 314's for cathcart and neilston, spend some money on them ffs they have had sod all apart from essentials

they are still needed as the 314's are getting to be life expired. reckon they will get used on ayrshire lines and possibly the airdire to bathgate aka helensburgh to edinburgh lines

used to be involved with ardrossan winton rovers, think it was season 88-89 i was 1st at peasy park plus the time we held the peasy to a draw in the scottish at winton park then got humped at peasy. must have been about 2002

the old peasy park was a special ground possibly as it was one of my 1st awaydays in the scottish, as a kid the terraces seemed massive on a par with rugby park. sad its gone but the peasy have a lovely ground to replace it
