I don't think that very many people are going to visit the Civic Realm to look at wee jumble sale notices and the like. There are loads of other places people get that kind of info from like the local GHA offices and in the Housing Associations offices and newsletters and in whatever the Pollok Post...

GHA would only be liable if the pipe burst due to their negligence. You should really claim your own house contents insurance and it is for them to pursue GHA if they have been negligent.

The contract is entered into by entering the carpark and parking. There has to be sufficient signage posted around for drivers to see. I think there is sufficient signage because I noticed them at Silverburn and that is unusual for me! The problems these companies have is they have no way of identif...
