looks like it's taken from the top of the stairs at park gardens but it's a bit too high so must be from one of the buildings on park terrace. kelvingrove park just at the bottom right and the sir henry wood hall spire in the distance. marzaroli had an office in around park circus.

Synchro Are you sure that Big Country did the Big Day thing?? Les Negress Vert (?) did. Deacon Blue were actually vairy good. Hue and Cry definitely did a set - I remember because they dedicated 'Ordinary Angel' to "all of you out there" and I remember being quite patronised and heckling ...

Just wot it says on the tin.... Lost Nightmoves (Rooftops?) - I saw the Cocteau twins at Nightmoves. Unlkely but true they played at nightmoves a few times, the time i saw them there i nipped off to the bog mid-set and when i came back they'd gone, liz frazer lost her voice and the had to go off.
