Re: It's all crap - Glasgow Girls are ugliest in country

I was just about to lock this as its nothing to do with HG but as I'm feeling charitable today I've just moved it. Of course it has to do with HG, where were our good lookin lasses the day the judges came then? Clearly Hidden somewhere - maybe we need a project to find the good looking girls...... ...

Re: A Seasonal Reminder

It happened inside Costas, the only place in the station there is no CCTV. It's become a hotspot for robbery as a result. The scumbags know. And the library wanted to charge me for the books, and a replacement ticket. I'm no needing a new ticket as I'm leaving Glasgow anyway. I'm told the charge wil...

Re: A Seasonal Reminder

Got the books added to the report. I'll let you know if I have problems at the library when I report it. Thanks for your advice, Alex.

Re: A Seasonal Reminder

Thanks both. Alex, I forgot about the library books until after I was home, so they're not mentioned on the incident report, although I do have an incident number. I won't need a new card as I'm moving to Nottinghamshire. I was more thinking about someone taking out lots of books in my name and not ...

A Seasonal Reminder

Keep your eyes on your belongings at all times while out in the Christmas shopping crowds. I was robbed in Central Station today, while carrying much more cash than I normally have access to (I'm in the middle of a house move as well as Christmas shopping). The police, while very pleasant and helpfu...

Re: Not really interesting facts about yourself

I've never posted in this thread before. Hmmm... that's not interesting at all.

OK, I currently have chickenpox for the 7th time. I wish I was less interesting.

Re: William Blake Exhibition at the Burrell from 3 Nov 2007

Oooh, ta. I like a bit of Blake, me. Let the slave, grinding at the mill, run out into the field; Let him look up into the heavens & laugh in the bright air. Let the inchained soul, shut up in darkness & in sighing, Whose face has never seen a smile in thirty weary years, Rise & look out...

Re: YER NO GETTIN' OAN

Write to First at Victoria Rd Depot and tell them. I had a driver on the no 18 disciplined for much the same behaviour. I'm not sure what disciplining involves, mind you. Maybe they tortured him with the cushions and the comfy chair? But if no one tells First their drivers (a minority, IME) are beha...
