Starting a blog is a good idea as most are "ready made" If you want a little more creative freedom, look at using a Content Management System. (CMS for short) You will need webspace, and the ability to upload, but once you have that, it's incredibly easy to edit to suit your needs. Probabl...

Good bump.

Most over-rated has to be The Big Lebowski. I gave up half way through it.

Most under-rated are the Back To The Future trilogy. I've watched them hundreds of times, and they still look fresh.

Wow bobk! you woke me from my lurker related sleep with this one, just like rip van winkle  These cobbles you are talking about used to be at the Gallowgate app. across from where KFC is now at Barrowfield. They were supposedly created in memory of John Thomson, Celtic goalie accidently kille...

I may be talking nonsense here, but I used to get taken to the football by my dad when I was a boy and I seem to remember a cobbled street with part of it cobbled in the shape of a leg kicking a ball. It might not have meant to be that, but it certainly looked like that to me when I was 5! It would ...

I've finally decided to upgrade my wee cheap 2meg digital camera for something better. I want a SLR and it has to be digital. The one I'm looking at is the Canon EOS 400D. Does anyone have any experience with this camera, or can you recommend something in a similar price range. The 400D seems to be...

I run a couple of forums and one of them is over-run with spam posters. The only way I can get round the problem is to manually approve new members. If you make sure that people know that this process will take place before they sign up it will discourage the spam posters from doing so. You still ge...

My cat tried to take my arm off when I tried to put a collar on her. She wasn't happy at all. :(

I had one at my wedding in 1998.
There was only 3 kids there. Apparently, they just took their time picking up all the coins that I threw down.
A bit different to the last one I was in many years ago. I came out of that with 62p, a black eye....oh aye, and a broken arm!!!
The good old days. :?
